We asked a number of Compassion-assisted children what they would ask God. Here’s their incredible responses…

I live in south London and am passionate about the Church. I love Compassion because it is so kingdom orientated and Christ-centred. Keep your eye out for my video blogs. I have one of when I climbed Mount KIlimanjaro in January 2012 to raise money for some Leadership Development Programme students. I also recorded a video blog of when I met my sponsored child, Wisdom in Kenya.

Very humbling to watch. Even though times are getting hard in the West, we have so much by comparison. Seeing such sadness in the faces of children like Jill is very moving. I do hope these children find sponsors and discover the love of God, and how he really does care for them.
