Departing for Kilimanjaro!

Tomorrow is the day I fly out with the rest of the sponsors signed up to do Blood, Sweat and Compassion. It has come around so quickly!

The last few days have been spent rushing around grabbing all my last minute bits and pieces for this incredible opportunity to climb Kilimanjaro - malaria pills, headtorch, thermal underwear etc. It’s quite a kit list. Check it out…

See what I mean about Moses having his eye on the teddy I bought Wisdom. Very amusing…

I’d also like to introduce you to Christina from Compassion International in Colorado Springs. She will also be blogging about her experience of climbing Kilimanjaro. This trip is to raise funds to put four students from Kenya through university via Compassion’s Leadership Development Programme (LDP) . Christina wanted to know a bit more about the LDP so she decided to interview some graduates…

Please pray that the travel arrangements go smoothly and that every member will have an incredible experience. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook to keep up with our progress.
